RETURN TO LIFE PROGRAM

An integrative approach to fitness focusing on mind, body, and spirit. 60 minutes of one-on-one Pilates once a week combined with traditional Japanese-assisted stretching and bodywork in a beautiful serene environment. Included in this 12 week program are weekly sessions in each of the offerings below.

This free class will introduce you to Shamballa Multi-Dimensional Healing. We will discuss what Shamballa is and what you will experience in a Shamballa workshop. Shamballa is NOT a set of beliefs, teachings or techniques. It IS a tool that assists in the expansion of your current abilities and state of consciousness. Through this expansion you become more aware of your connection with all that IS. By expanding the heart with more love and connecting with the higher Divine aspect of your Self. You release more of the connection with the left brain fear and ego. The time of change is upon us!
