SEEKING BALANCE
RETURN TO LIFE PROGRAM

An integrative approach to fitness focusing on mind, body, and spirit. 60 minutes of one-on-one Pilates once a week combined with traditional Japanese-assisted stretching and bodywork in a beautiful serene environment. Included in this 12 week program are weekly sessions in each of the offerings below.
HYPERBARIC OXYGEN CHAMBER

Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (m-HBOT) is a safe method of delivering more oxygen to the body at the cellular level. m-HBOT provides the optimal environment for the body to carry out vital cell processes, thereby increasing the capacity for the body to heal itself.
FAR INFARED SAUNAS

A safe, gentle way to detoxify, de-stress, and rejuvenate the mind and body. The infrared red light heats the body and creates a deeper sweat that can cleanse the body, also increasing blood circulation, reducing blood pressure, and improving one’s overall heart health.

A friend of ours, Ellen Watson, will be joining us as a visiting practitioner the month of January. Ellen is a senior instructor in Esalen Massage, an art form that has evolved over the last 50 years at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA. She founded Moving Ventures in 1996, a 501c3 dedicated to offering education to women in developing countries.

Ellen is available for private sessions starting January 10th, but will be offering a range of opportunities to participate in. More to come on Esalen Massage, but until then - an overview of January and what is in store:
