    RETURN TO LIFE PROGRAM

    An integrative approach to fitness focusing on mind, body, and spirit. 60 minutes of one-on-one Pilates once a week combined with traditional Japanese-assisted stretching and bodywork in a beautiful serene environment. Included in this 12 week program are weekly sessions in each of the offerings below.
  • HYPERBARIC OXYGEN CHAMBER

    Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (m-HBOT) is a safe method of delivering more oxygen to the body at the cellular level. m-HBOT provides the optimal environment for the body to carry out vital cell processes, thereby increasing the capacity for the body to heal itself.

Expansion on the Horizon


Greetings from the Farm    

Greetings from the farm here in China Grove, NC where we have been spending more and more time strategizing  our expansion plans for the future!  

 

The time has finally come for us to spread our wings and fly.... We knew that we were creating a new business paradigm with Seeking Indigo but we didn't know is how wonderful the reception would be in Charleston - Thank you all! Creating a platform for mind, body, spirit evolution and staying true to our integral philosophy of offering products, services, workshops and events to assist with one's awakening has proven to be something Charleston was indeed ready for.  

 

We are now laying the groundwork for our first co-op opportunity in North Carolina. Charleston will of course remain the flagship location and be the model upon which all of our expansion is based.
