RETURN TO LIFE PROGRAM

An integrative approach to fitness focusing on mind, body, and spirit. 60 minutes of one-on-one Pilates once a week combined with traditional Japanese-assisted stretching and bodywork in a beautiful serene environment. Included in this 12 week program are weekly sessions in each of the offerings below.
HYPERBARIC OXYGEN CHAMBER

Seeking Indigo's Thursday Night Sampler

This Thursday we will once again host 20 lucky guests for our Thursday Night Wellness Sampler. The magic begins once you enter our wellness sanctuary behind the doors! Come join us every Tuesday morning from 8:45 - 9:45 am with Donna Marguglio for a yoga class that will restore your body, refresh your mind, and fill your heart with warmth.
