    RETURN TO LIFE PROGRAM

    An integrative approach to fitness focusing on mind, body, and spirit. 60 minutes of one-on-one Pilates once a week combined with traditional Japanese-assisted stretching and bodywork in a beautiful serene environment. Included in this 12 week program are weekly sessions in each of the offerings below.

    Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (m-HBOT) is a safe method of delivering more oxygen to the body at the cellular level. m-HBOT provides the optimal environment for the body to carry out vital cell processes, thereby increasing the capacity for the body to heal itself.

The 6000 square foot urban oasis located in the heart of downtown Charleston combines a retail store and wellness center to produce an enlightened gathering place where you can explore your dreams, and feel great while you are doing it. The Seeking Indigo Wellness Center offers revolutionary and comprehensive anti-aging and preventative medicine, transformational hypnotherapy, biofeedback, ayurvedic treatments, and detox therapies. The Loft Pilates Center adjoins with a state-of-the-art facility. Sprout offers a “grab and go” café featuring organic and raw foods and juices.
