On Sunday, March 20th from 10am - 5pm, Suzanne Goldston - Ayurvedic Practitioner and Reiki Master - is hosting a day of Reiki Level I Training for college students at a $100 price. In an effort to reach out to a new demographic and encourage the sharing of Reiki, she's created a 1-time opportunity for full training + 1st attunement. 

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing for the entire mind, body and spirit. It’s administered by laying on hands and can be learned by, and shared with anyone. 

 Reiki Level One

The first Reiki level is hands on and is for physical and emotional balance leading to personal development. Reiki can be used on yourself or shared with family, friends and animals. 

You will learn: 

• Basic understanding of Reiki and its history
• The 4 levels of Attunement
• Traditional hand positions used in Reiki - you will give and receive a Reiki treatment
• Self-treatment Reiki hand positions to be used on yourself

At the end, you will be a Reiki Level I Practitioner and will receive a certificate of completion. In other words - you could gift (or technically charge for) Reiki sessions of your own!
