The Ultimate

Experience the ultimate in rejuvenation, balancing and healing! Begin by stimulating circulation with warm ginger compresses, then nurture the hips, hands and feet with warm sesame oil while restoring balance to your energetic flows. Ends with a Shirodhara, a deeply healing stream of warm oil on the forehead.

Ginger Compress 

This amazing full body treatment restores proper circulation while energizing the kidneys, bladder and reproductive organs. Womb energy is strengthened enhancing fertility and relieving stress to th elower back. Greatly improves chest and pelvic congestion.

Mini-Ginger Compress

A mini version of the above treatment, focused on the back.

Pichu Treatment 

A cloth soaked in herbal oil is placed on the forehead. Balances the doshas (elements) in the body, relieves stress, pain, poor vision, headaches, mental fatigue, insomnia, depression, constipation, hair loss, and reduces inflammation. Also includes a chakra balancing.

Shirodhara 

Dripping of oil on the forehead induces a total state of wellness. Deeply healing, bodily tissues are transformed and good health is restored. Includes a pada (foot) abhyanga.

An Inside Look

I am first and foremost a spiritual seeker, a devotee of my beloved guru, Amma, a perpetual student of myself, and a lover of life and humanity. I've been blessed with many amazing roles this lifetime! Among them are mother of two teenage boys, yoga and meditation teacher and therapist, ayurvedic practitioner, reiki master, intuitive healer, wife, ex-wife, friend, lover and consultant.

Over the past 10 years, I have been fortunate enough to study with some of the preeminent yoga teachers on the planet including Rod Stryker, Doug and David Swenson, Erich Schiffmann, Dharma Mitra, Paul Grilley, and Chandra Om.  This has given me a very authentic, classical foundation to draw from in my own teaching. I like to incorporate many aspects of yoga in my hatha classes, including meditation, visualization, mantra, mudras and sanskrit chanting. Often, during deep relaxation I offer reiki energy to students.

My reiki journey is an amazing and beautiful part of my experience. It is ever unfolding and deepening. I am a master teacher and will soon also offer karuna reiki.

Ayurveda is just as integral to my experience as yoga and reiki. Swaminiji Mayatitananda initiated me 6 years ago and I gratefully amd humbly draw from her teachings daily. David Frawley is also a source of continuous support and knowledge, as is Dr. Muktan Sullivan. I offer love and compassion to all in need. I am here to serve all as I know I am serving the divine in so doing.
